Appointments & cancellations

Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are accommodated when a chair is available. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time — arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or receive a shortened service so the following client isn't delayed. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Health, safety & sanitation

All reusable tools are cleaned and sterilised between clients, and files, buffers, and disposable items are single-use. Please tell your technician about any allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, recent injuries, diabetes, circulatory conditions, pregnancy, or medications that may affect your service before we begin. We may decline a service if we believe it isn't safe for your nails or skin — including on infected, broken, or irritated areas — and can recommend seeing a medical professional first. Nail services are cosmetic and are not a substitute for medical or podiatric care.

Satisfaction & service adjustments

If something isn't right with your service, tell us within 3 days and we'll correct it at no charge. Because services are performed on the person, they cannot be returned, and payments for completed services are non-refundable. Longevity of polish, gel, or extensions varies with nail condition, aftercare, and daily activity, so we can't guarantee a specific wear time. Prices and service times are estimates and may change based on nail condition, length, and the design requested; your technician will confirm before starting.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to book and provide your appointment — name, phone number, email address, service history, and any health notes you share with us. We use it to confirm appointments, send reminders, and, where you've opted in, occasional offers. We do not sell your personal information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by the salon. Booking, review, and payment services we use may process your data under their own privacy policies. Photography, gift cards & website terms

We sometimes photograph finished nails for our portfolio and social media; tell your technician if you'd prefer not to be photographed and we won't. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and do not expire in Texas.
